I came for the extraction of the canine, which was in the palate, removing my baby tooth.
It's long to explain, but it boils down to 2,500 euros spent without doing the work.
First they tell me that they cannot extract the canine from the palate, in another clinic it takes 15 minutes.
Second, they give me another estimate of 2,200 euros, where practically all the teeth in the upper part of the jaw are involved, a nonsense, I repeat the 15-minute solution in another clinic.
Third, when telling them to continue with the treatment, already paid for, he gives me a report that he forces me to sign, in which he says that the other clinic has damaged two other teeth, and that he will solve the problem caused.
Conclusion I won't let them touch my teeth again, especially the owner of the clinic.
The dentists are wonderful. But the receptionist is a scammer (maybe due to company policy). He gave me an estimate for the treatment they had to do (I saw the price clearly on the paper) and when I tell him that I have insurance, he takes away the initial paper and makes me another estimate taking my insurance into account. When I see the estimate at home I realize that he gave me the most expensive treatment and that with the discount it was only €50 less than the initial treatment. Yes, for me it was more beneficial with the insurance, but wanting to get a more expensive treatment to go with insurance so I can collect more money seems like scam rats to me...
